Plugin & Support unsatisfying
Plugin doesn't work, the developer doesn't provide support and the developer extorts money for fixing what is already paid for.
First, we paid the full price for the plugin. But the plugin simply doesn't work (at least in nopCommerce 4.30) - no custom invoice printing, nopCommerce built-in pdf is printed instead.
Then we reached out to the support with this issue.
Instead of fixing the bug and providing free email support they requested $200 for installing and configuring the plugin so it works. Even though we already installed and configured it ourselves and even though the installation fee is $29.75 according to their website (not $200).
The developer simply extorts money for fixing a not working plugin.
Additionally, the developer violates several nopCommerce terms of service:
1. "Functionality works as expected (as described in the description)"
2 . "Ensure that all specified nopCommerce versions are supported."
3. "Ensure that the user interface of your extension or theme is mobile-responsive"(they have terrible UI especially on mobile)
4. "The promotion of additional services or other extensions from your extension profile page is not allowed. For example, installation or customization services."(they promote installation services for additional fee)
If we are not refunded we will escalate the issue to the nopCommerce team.
